Casey's feedback

Sorry if I'm mistaken, but isn't the assignment supposed to compare historic Venice with Venice today, not contrast them? I don't understand why anti-Semitism and male domination has to to with urban Venice. In the 17th century, Jews and women in many different locations were seen as inferior, not just in the city of Venice. 0  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

I also thought we were suppose to compare not contrast. With the discussion of anti-semetism you seemed to pull away from your topic; however, you did include it in your intro so it worked but I think you could have gone in a more effective direction. It also would have been nice if you included graphics because just reading black on white with nothing to break it up is not very interesting. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm comparing how the two are different. Comparing each era reveals stark differences between each. Are you not aware that Jews existed in the old Venice and were discriminated against? And that does not exist today? The point is, if you look at it, you can't compare without contrasting. And it was a connection. The rubric did not say anything about comparison. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

This assignment was only ment to connect MOV to Venice. So I think that it is that Jason contrasted them, he only wanted to take a different approach to the assignment. I do think that he could have added some pictures thoguh. Do you find this valuable?
